Hewlett-Packard Company (HPQ) provide products, technologies, software, solutions and services. March 21st the company increased its quarterly dividend 10% to $0.1452 per share. The increase in the amount of the dividend will be effective when the HP board of directors declares HP's next dividend. The yield based on the new payout is 2.6%.
Raytheon Company (RTN) provides electronics, mission systems integration, and other capabilities in the areas of sensing, effects, and command, control, communications, and intelligence systems, as well as a range of mission support services in the United States and internationally. March 20th the company increased its quarterly dividend 10% to $0.55 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable May 2, 2013, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 3, 2013. The yield based on the new payout is 3.9%.
Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (WSM) operates as a specialty retailer of home products. March 19th the company increased its quarterly dividend 41% to $0.31 per share. The dividend is payable May 24, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 26, 2013. The yield based on the new payout is 2.5%.
UDR, Inc. (UDR) is an independent real estate investment trust. The firm invests in the real estate markets of the United States. March 19th the company increased its quarterly dividend 7% to $0.235 per share. The dividend is payable in cash, on April 30, 2013 to UDR common stock shareholders of record as of April 9, 2013. The yield based on the new payout is 3.3%.
Fifth Third Bancorp (FITB) operates as a diversified financial services company in the United States. March 19th the company increased its quarterly dividend 10% to $0.11 per share. The dividend is payable on Thursday, April 18, 2013 to shareholders of record as of Friday, March 29, 2013. The yield based on the new payout is 2.4%.
RF Industries, Ltd. (RFIL) engages in the design, manufacture, and/or sale of communications equipment primarily to the radio and other professional communications related industries in the United States and internationally. March 18th the company increased its quarterly dividend 40% to $0.07 per share. The dividend is payable April 16, 2013 to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2013. The yield based on the new payout is 4.6%.
American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (ARCP) owns and acquires single tenant, freestanding commercial real estate that is net leased on a medium-term basis, primarily to investment grade credit rated and other creditworthy tenants. March 18th the company increased its monthly dividend 1.1% to $0.076 per month. The new rate will first be payable in connection with the June dividend and distributions will continue to be paid on the 15th day of each month to stockholders of record at the close of business on the 8th day of such month. The yield based on the new payout is 6.5%.
