This Industrial Is Yielding 3.8% and is Screaming 'Buy Me!'

In determining my asset allocation, I use Morningstar's sectors. Recently Morningstar changed their sectors and reduced the number of them producing a net decrease of 3 sectors. As a result of this, I raised the maximum I will allow in a sector from 10% to 15%. I now have room to add positions in all the sectors including Industrials.

The Industrials (previously Industrial Materials) sector includes stocks such as 3M Co, (MMM) and Emerson Electric Co. (EMR). These stocks and others in the sector have been routinely over-priced and it has been difficult to find reasonably priced entry points.

Recently, a subscriber requested that I look at couple of industrial stocks. I was pleasantly pleased when one of the two graded out exceptionally well...
